Men are increasingly interested in non-invasive cosmetic procedures like Botox (or “Brotox”), as was revealed last year. Five-hundred-and-two percent of millennial guys, according to a recent survey by Acara Partners, favor nonsurgical cosmetic treatments like facials, acne, anti-aging, and hydration services over cosmetic surgeries.
Given the rapid development of aesthetic lasers over the past decade, this is not very unexpected. The female demographic has shown to be an ideal target audience for anti-aging and other cosmetic treatments.
But millennial guys are equally as preoccupied with their attractiveness as women. It makes perfect sense to focus on men while providing skin care services.
These services can only be provided to clients by properly trained skin care specialists including aestheticians, cosmetologists, and medical professionals. Medical aesthetics training has never been more in demand than it is now that the male market is growing.
